School Uniform

Our school uniform incorporates the Baines Endowed School logo and can only be purchased directly from School via Scopay, details of which are attached.

Our uniform is as follows :-

Grey trousers or shorts to the knee
Grey skirt or pinafore
Plain white school shirt (non branded)
Burgundy knitted jumper or cardigan
Pink and white checked summer dress
Grey or black socks - white socks are permitted in the summer with the summer dress
Grey tights
Black shoes - no boots permitted.

Footwear

It is the aim at Baines Endowed that our children grow into healthy adults. Therefore, we do not allow our children to wear shoes that have a platform sole or heels as we believe these may be dangerous.

We also do not allow trainers to school, unless they are in their school PE kit, because we feel that this footwear is appropriate for sport and leisure, but is not in keeping with the smart appearance of our school uniform.

Boots are not allowed to be worn in school. Children may arrive in wellingtons or boots during periods of inclement weather, but these must be changed into school shoes once inside the classroom.
